I was first a Product Owner for 6 months, in addition to my role as Scrum Master. I was then increasingly involved in organizational transformations beyond the framework of the development team and the Scrum methodology.
My results:

My responsibilities
As Product Owner:
• Define and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.

My results:
• Successful launch of the myoptions.co 2.0 platform on the scheduled day and within tight deadlines.
