My responsibilities
Analysis and definition of needs, means and objectives :
• MOA role: detailed functional formalization of internal developments, determination of necessary resources, validation and monitoring.
• Bid processes, choice of service providers, coordination (single interface) and conflict management.
• Definition of objectives in terms of control of commitments (deadlines, risks, costs, quality).
Project management and resource management :
• Supervision of the scientific team: recruitment, planning, workload management, HR management, performance monitoring and evolution.
• Management of services in Agile mode, forecasts and real-time monitoring of profitability / P&L.
• PMO role: strategic vision, creation of continuous improvement processes and management tools, evolution of methodologies, change management.
• Reporting to the steering committee and guarantor of business, quality, ethical, regulatory and contractual constraints + GDPR compliance.
• IS management (data security and storage, infrastructure and network, tools and intranet), management of the technical migration on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP: deployment, specific developments and change management.
Consulting and business development :
• Business development / prospecting activity, actions to build customer loyalty, upsell.
• Audit of companies and evaluation of innovative projects (digital marketing, cloud, fintechs, semantic web, Big Data, IoT, machine learning, blockchain) and strategic management of innovation projects.
