This project explores the opportunities of blockchain to ensure the anonymization of user data during real estate valuations. I play a key role in optimizing the development process using agile methodologies. I guide the team in adopting an adapted framework in Kanban mode, for simple and efficient management of tasks and priorities.

I was first a Product Owner for 6 months, in addition to my role as Scrum Master. I was then increasingly involved in organizational transformations beyond the framework of the development team and the Scrum methodology.
My results:
• Improved efficiency: +20% productivity (KPI: 4 main factors of the Scrum Team Survey).

My responsibilities
As Product Owner:
• Define and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.

I has to ensure the urgent launch of the new version of the platform, following the postponement of the initial date, in order to meet the firm commitments made for the new deadline. My results:
• Successful launch of the myoptions.co 2.0 platform on the scheduled day and within tight deadlines.

• Act as a Product Owner : construction and management of the backlog, definition of a functional roadmap (Jira/Confluence).
